Hi,

I want to use Robot Web Tools for one of my project but before that i want to clarify the following:

I have a task where I have to load a 3D CAD model(STL/OBJ) into the viewer/world(URDF) and then user has to select one or multiple surfaces of the part then I have to extract the selected surface information(like how we do in CAD Softwares). Please let me know if this task is possible with Robot Web Tools or RViz is capable of doing it? or should i use PCL. Any ideas for this task would be much appreciated.
