A frame of velodyne pointcloud is a sector instead of a circle

I collected data from veloydne HDL-32E,when I visualized those data in rviz ,I found every frame is a sector instead of a circle.Besides, there are a lot of noise points, but I try visualized those data in veloview ,there are not exist those problem.Who can give me some suggestions, thank you for advance!
