how to commande Arduino Robot 2Wheels

I have arduino robot 2wheels and i want to commande it by ROS. i installed ROS in Raspberry and rosserial_arduino. Now, i don't know how i can command it by ROS. i already read the tutorial of arduino in the website but i don't understand. can you help me please?
