Hi, i want to control pan tilt unit E-46 through keyboard. Is it possible? If yes, then is there any tutorial or can you please tell me step by step.

There isn't really enough information here to help. You might want to consider adding the manufacturer name or a link for the E-46, and a link to the ROS driver that you're using for it, if you've already found one.
