It should be. There were some regressions in upstream packages in 14.04.2 which are documented in the above instructions. 14.04.3 has not be tested yet, but may need the same approach.

Hi. I just tried to install indigo on 14.04.03, following the guide you linked. I get an error saying "E: Unable to locate package ros-indigo-desktop-full". I have managed to install jade just fine, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I got a 64bit installation of Ubuntu btw.
