Error in static_layer ros wiki

I was reading through link text and it says that the default parameter for "unknown_cost_value" is "0". After going through the code https://github.com/ros-planning/navig... i see that the default cost is "-1" where should I report this?

Just edit the wiki to fix it; or report it on github.
