Error in static_layer ros wiki

I was reading through link text and it says that the default parameter for "unknowncostvalue" is "0". After going through the code https://github.com/ros-planning/navigation/blob/hydro-devel/costmap_2d/plugins/static_layer.cpp#L75 i see that the default cost is "-1" where should I report this?

Just edit the wiki to fix it; or report it on github.
