When calibrating stereo cameras, should you use the resolution you plan to use the cameras at, or the maximum resolution the camera supports?

Due to bandwidth and processing constraints, I plan to use my stereo setup at a small resolution, but the cameras support up to 640x480. Should I calibrate it using the larger or smaller resolution?
