Start with Ubuntu install of ROS Indigo here

Exept ubuntu other are experimental doesnt provide complete packages.

thanks for your helping. In addition i want to ask another question. I have corobot and ı will make localization of coroware. I want to own absulute solution about version ubuntu for setup of ros. 10.04 9.04 or else. Guide of my corobot mentions 9.04 ubuntu verion. And another person used 12.04 . Really i am confused due to suitable ubuntu version for my studies . Please answer

If you want ROS Hydro - please use 12.04 If you want ROS Indigo - please use 14.04

These two versions are LTS - Long term support. Hence they will be better supported. Also avoid asking questions as answers. Update your original question.
