Gazebo 1.9.6 and the Playground still doesn't work

Hi, I'm on Hydro with Gazebo 1.9.6 and playground still doesn't work.

I cannot manually download the models because some of them aren't in gazebosim.org/models anymore. Checking out the playground.world, models required are

• bookshelf
• jersey_barrier
• ground_plane_0
• Dumpster
• cube_20k
• unit_cylinder_1

ground_plane_0 and unit_cylinder_1 do not exist.

Also, in playground.world, there is no xml header i.e. the

<?xml version="1.0" ?>

What do I need to do please?
