RVIZ in Hydro slows down when displaying point cloud from Kinect
Hi all, when i display point cloud from kinect sensor, rviz slows down very much. I followed the opennilaunch tutorial here. The problem is produced when i do: (1) roslauch opennilaunch openni.launch (2) rosrun rviz rviz, then add the point cloud, the problem occurs. Has anyone ever met the same problem? My system: ubuntu12.04, hydro, graphic card-nvidia geforce GT 120M

Are you using the proprietary nVidia drivers?

yes, i'm using proprietary driver.
