Removing references to fuerte or earlier distros in tutorials.

As Fuerte hits end of life, should references to it or earlies distros be removed from the wiki tutorials?

I am willing to do the editing as I go through the tutorials.

Even though it is deprecated, Fuerte and some of the earlier versions of ROS are still deployed and used on some robots.

It may be worth marking the outdated tutorials you find as outdated and/or filing an issue against that package's issue tracker, or against the more general wiki.ros.org issue tracker
