roslaunch can't encode characters error in Indigo

Hi! When I start roslaunch with s.launch file which contains utf-8 characters, it fails with this:

'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u044b' in position 0: ordinal not in range(128)

This launch-file works fine in hydro.

I tried to remove 'bad' charaters and it starts ok.
