https://code.ros.org/trac/ros-pkg is down right now. It responds:

Internal Server Error

TracError: IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'/var/lib/gforge/trac/dbs/ros-pkg/log/trac.log'

What is the prognosis for its recovery?
