Unable to open pcd file saved from RGBDSLAM and its GUI
(Q1) We saved the map from rgbdslam GUI using the option in tab "Save Octomap", and can not viewed it in pcd_viewer. The error is shown as follows. root@ubuntu:~# pcd_viewer /root/Desktop/quicksave.pcd The viewer window provides interactive commands; for help, press 'h' or 'H' from within the window.
Loading /root/Desktop/quicksave.pcd [pcl::PCDReader::readHeader] HEIGHT given (1) but no WIDTH!
Q2: We Could not view the map as point clouds as shown in the video www.youtube.com/watch?v=25nnJ64ED5Q
We are able to get a map of the image and save it as point cloud. However, it returns the above error. Also, we cannot view the map as point cloud in the GUI as shown in the video. So, how can we view the map as point clouds on the GUI? We are unable to upload the screenshot since we are new users. Thank you.!
