Brand new Roomba 790 Malfunctioning

Hi,

It could need a software reset. First make sure the clean button is not lit. If it is lit, press and hold the clean button until it goes off. Press and hold the dock and the spot buttons at the same time for 30 seconds. Charge the battery for a good 16 hours after the reset. www.ifixrobot.com
