I think the problem lies in that NTFS does not follow Unix file system permission conventions (read/write/executable), in particular the concept of executable permissions.

When you try to run the node "boomPosCnt", it does not have execute permissions.
There are some workarounds described in the following thread, but it's probably easier just to use a Unix file system like ext4:

When you try to run the node "boomPosCnt", it does not have execute permissions.
There are some workarounds described is a workaround in the following thread, but it's probably easier just to use thread which involves mounting the NTFS partition in a Unix file system like ext4:way that gives execute permissions...it may help with your problem:
