It's unfortunate that this bug occurs with the precompiled installer. It's most likely that the compiled version of the plugin and your version of solidworks are incompatible.
Please try compiling and installing via source. https://github.com/ros/solidworks_urdf_exporter/#development. If you are successful with compiling from source, could you please submit an issue to the github repo?
