/opt/ros/melodic/lib/moveit_setup_assistant/moveit_setup_assistant: error while loading shared libraries: libmoveit_kinematics_base.so.1.0.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The error is pointing to a missing file libmoveit_kinematics_base.so.1.0.8 in the following directory /opt/ros/melodic/lib/moveit_setup_assistant/. To correct check if the file is in the directory, if not then check moveit installation. For more information: https://moveit.ros.org/install/
