While installing and using docker is perhaps outside the scope of this answers forum, I'd encourage you to read the getting started sections from Docker's documentation:

You may then want to read the documentation hosted under the Official Library image for ROS on Docker Hub:

Note: Given kinetic is EOL and will soon be delisted from the rpeo's "supported tags", archives of the image tags will remain available in the same Docker Hub repo, and can be continually pulled using the Docker CLI.
