Hi,

Seems you got the same problem like me :), check out my package and give it a try :

https://github.com/tomlogan501/pointcloud_merger (availaible also on melodic binaries)

You may encounter performances issues if your pointclouds are too big, I recommend to transform just one to another.

Also I will try the solution told by @dtyugin but it depends on the whole autoware code :(
