Hi this might be a bit late, but you can use rqt (installation procedure can be found here http://wiki.ros.org/rqt/UserGuide/Install/Groovy) and it will also download the qt packages with it. On how to use it you can follow the tutorial on the rqt page http://wiki.ros.org/rqt
