I would suggest either the Zed (https://www.stereolabs.com/zed/), Intel cameras (https://www.intelrealsense.com/tracking-camera-t265/ or https://www.intelrealsense.com/depth-camera-d435i/ depending on your use case) or the MYNT EYE S (https://www.mynteye.com/products/mynt-eye-stereo-camera). The Intel ones are specially more budget friendly than the Zed ones.
