I could install the converter. I can create the corresponding vector map files with some vector map files missing.
But I'm having trouble to work it as shown in example link

I get some output for autowaremap2vectormap and I get most of the vectormap files

I could install by first keeping the Autoware folder contents with autoware.ai.repos file from the master branch. This downloaded the required source lanelet packages. Then replaced the utilities folder with the above procedure and steps.
