This should be fixed by https://github.com/ros-planning/moveit/pull/1040 which was just merged.
If you build the newest version of MoveIt! from source and run roslaunch <robot>_moveit_config setup_assistant.launch
-> edit your planning groups -> select a default planner to regenerate ompl_planning.yaml
it should fix the issue
