Given that Rethink Robotics does not officially support Baxter for even Kinetic, I do not think that they are supporting Melodic either. You could try to compile the Baxter SDK from source (found in these three repositories).

I have installed Ros Melodic on Ubuntu 17.10

Not your original question, but Melodic targets Ubuntu 18.04, and you might run into compatibility issues using 17.10.
