Add it to your .basrhc file in home directory with this command:

echo "source ~/catkin_ws/devel/setup.bash" >> ~/.bashrc"

Add it to your .basrhc file in home directory with this command:

echo "source ~/catkin_ws/devel/setup.bash" >> ~/.bashrc"

Then source your .bashrc file with source ~/.bashrc or restart terminal.
