You missed adding ${catkin_INCLUDE_DIRS}
to the include_directories
, i.e. change
include_directories(include libpixyusb/include libpixyusb/common ${LIBUSB_1_INCLUDE_DIRS})
for
include_directories(include libpixyusb/include libpixyusb/common ${LIBUSB_1_INCLUDE_DIRS} ${catkin_INCLUDE_DIRS})
