some parameters are missed in the costmap_common_params.xml.the parameter footprint like this.

footprint: [[-0.325, -0.325], [-0.325, 0.325], [0.325, 0.325], [0.46, 0.0], [0.325, -0.325]]

should be added into costmap_common_params.xml
