I guess I found the problem first problem by myself.

I enter the follwong command

export TURTLEBOT_GAZEBO_WORLD_FILE=~/turtlebot_ws/src/turtlebot_simulator/turtlebot_gazebo/worlds/playground.world

And now it starts.
