I solved this problem :
vim /Users/baidu/ros_catkin_ws/install_isolated/bin/rosrun add the following line
DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH:/Users/xxx/ros_catkin_ws/install_isolated/lib
