The same problem I think on the wiki-pages : http://wiki.ros.org/indigo/Installation/Ubuntu the instructions stop athe the instruction : sudo apt-get install ros-indigo-desktop-full and : apt-cache search ros-indigo show that there are no files to install.

(using Ubuntu 16.10) which version works on this ?
