Hi,

since this is a forum about ROS I assume you want to install MAVROS (i.e. ros package which enables MAVLink extendable communication between computers running ROS).

In this case I suggest you follow the instructions at Pixhawk Devel Page in the "Source Installation" section. There is also a green box at the bottom of the page regarding Raspberry Pi.
