If you really run ROS Jade on your machine, you installed the husky-desktop package for the wrong ROS distro (Indigo). It thus isn't surprising it's not found in your Jade workspace. You probably want to try

sudo apt-get install ros-jade-husky-desktop

I'm not sure if that is available for Jade already, though.
