sudo apt-get install freenect_stack
Then you should be able to launch the Kinect :
roslaunch freenect_launch freenect.launch
After this is launched you will be able to see topics related to the RGB, depth...

I use ROS Indigo but I hope it works the same for ROS Hydro You need to install freenect_stack package :
