Gazebo is not built for armhf. For the Raspberry Pi 2 you should follow the ARM specific instructions at: http://wiki.ros.org/indigo/Installation/UbuntuARM

Not all the higher level packages are compatible with armhf processors. (About 1500 out of 1700 are armhf compatible) See here for the availability.

In general you're not going to have much luck running highly computationally intensive processes like Gazebo on the Raspberry Pi 2 anyway. I wouldn't recommend even trying to use a fully functional simulator on a small arm processor. We have demonstrated Gazebo running on platforms like the Jetson-TK1 but unless you have a very compelling use case it will likely be a lot more work than you want to make it useful.
