Those messages look pretty typical for startup of uvc_camera; I think it's just reporting the possible camera parameters, and the fact that the camera isn't calibrated yet.

You should be able to run the node in gdb and get a stacktrace of where it's crashing; try:

rosrun --prefix 'gdb --args' uvc_camera uvc_camera_node

And then edit your question to include the backtrace when it crashes.
