Thank you for your answer.

I've Ubuntu 14.04 installed with virtualbox and ROS Indigo.

when I try to run: sudo apt-get install ros-indigo-openni-kinect

And then I get this error: E: Unable to locate package ros-indigo-openni-kinect

I googled alot about ROS and Kinect, since Im new to it.

And came upon this:

" I had tried to get everything working on Win7 through VirtualBox, but I was never able to get the USB configuration for the Kinect to work"

http://dougsbots.blogspot.dk/2012/02/ros-kinect-skeleton-tracking.html

So I guess I've to install linux as Dual Boot.

But when I browse for ROS packages it seems that a lot of the package only works with the older ROS versions? http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25623457/openni-tracker-on-ubuntu-14-04-and-ros-indigo

So would it be better to install hydro when I've to install Linux again as Dual boot.

Also is ROS Hydro compatible with the new version of Ubuntu 14.04?
