From what you write here, and from the lack of insight you show in your previous questions, my guess is that you declared a variable "cl" in your c++ code and think you "published" it. If so, please go through the ROS tutorials, as has been suggested to you before.

If you are new to ROS and Programming in general that is fine, but please don't try to ask yourself through every small obstacle you hit, without doing your homework previously, i.e. read up on the basics.
