Does the setPositionTarget(x, y, z) ignore orientation while planning?

Does the moveit::planning_interface::MoveGroup::setPositionTarget ignore orientation while doing plan (Plan &plan) if there is a parameter positiononlyik: True is set in the kinematics.yaml?
