Trying to set up Turtlebot to use DefaultRobotHWSim

Trying to set up Turtlebot to use DefaultRobotHWSim. But I am having a problem integrating Transmission elements. I can not locate the elements for the wheels. Any idea where to place the Transmission elements? I want to test ros gazebo velocity controllers using the Turtlebot odeometry using navigation. Is this possible?
