velocity of approching goal too slow
The velocity of my robot (two wheel bot in gazebo simulation) slows to a crawl when it gets within half a meter of the goal in the local cost map (DWA). So much so that the applied twist to cmd vel can no longer over come gravity and stops. What can I do to fix this? I tried different setting of goaldistancebias, but does not resolve any better.

Sorry my collision geometry is circle a half meter out past the robot's visual.
