"glx missing" after using hardware supported siftGPU [closed]

I installed the file cuda_5.0.35_linux_64_ubuntu11.10-1.run, and enabled the cuda support for siftGPU in CMakelist.txt in rgbdslam and compiled successfully.

However, after doing this the system got "glx missing", which make all windows content becomes strange. I can't even view my 3d object with meshlab.

have somebody faced that before ?
