Hi All,

I'm trying to get my Kinect to work on a vmware VM (Also tried VirtualBox - USB was utterly shot there) - but as yet no luck. I seems it sould be possible given https://github.com/piyushk/freenect_stack/issues/7#issuecomment-13550640

All seems to be well in that I can forward all 3 Kinect USB devices and there show up in a terminal on the VM - lsusb.

Just wondered if anyone else has had success and if so is there anything I'm missing?

This is on Ubuntu 12.10 btw
