How to get started with robot_localization package in ROS2

Greetings to all,

                      I am working on the improvisation of the robot localization. I have a robot equipped with two rotary encoders and one IMU. I would like to fuse these 3 together so that I would improve the localization of the robot. As I enquired, "robot_localization" package seemed to be the best. I would like to have somem guidance on how to get started with it. Thanks
