Hi, I'm having some issues setting up ROS2 on windows 10.

I've installed all the dependencies and am now trying to do the environment setup by running

call C:\foxy\install\local_setup.bat

I get the error

not found: "c:\foxy\install\share/zstdvendor/localsetup.bat"

And then when running "ros2", I get the error 'ros2' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

What am I doing wrong here?
