Previously my Lidar worked perfectly, I double checked IP addresses, wiring, etc.

The problem is - with wireshark I see that my computer receives only telemetry data (with length of 512), but no point cloud. I read that some people have encountered that but didn't find the answer.

I checked all ports , and IP addresses many time. Also I made reset of the lidar and tried turning laser on/off in user interface page. Still, no point cloud getting sent.
