Turtlebot3 not showing up on gazebo,ubuntu 16.04, ROS KInetic

Hi I am using Vmware workstation to use a virtual machine. I have installed ubuntu 16.04 and ROS kinetic. When i try to launch the empty world using the following command " roslaunch turtlebot3gazebo turtlebot3empty_world.launch, the world opens but the turtle bot is not visible at the position. How to solve this issue? Please guide me through this
