I have created the following sdf file and I have checked the buliding blocks because I have generated the same block of link and joint over and over again.

You have not provided any sdf for us to look at, so no way to help you. Please create a short sdf file that has the error, copy/paste the sdf into your description, then format it with the 101010 button. You edit your description using the "edit" button near the end of the description.
