MoveIt2 Moving goal support with Hybrid Planning

Hi! I'm trying to accomplish pose tracking using MoveIt 2. I'm researching several ways to achieve this and one of the ways I'd like to try is use the Hybrid planner as suggested in this post. I was wondering if anyone already tried this and might have an example implementation available. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
